Scope of responsibilities
- Development of architectural concepts for industrial facilities.
- Verification of formal and legal conditions and coordination of design guidelines with architectural and construction administration bodies at the concept stage.
- Constant contact with the investor, determining key design assumptions and their implementation in the design documentation.
- Coordinating the work of industry teams, collaborating with technologists and agreeing design solutions with experts.
- Active participation in sales meetings at the concept preparation and presentation stage.
Our expectations
- Higher education in a specific field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an architect.
- Experience in implementing conceptual designs of industrial facilities.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and the BIM environment.
- Knowledge of construction law and the investment process.
- Creativity.
