The construction of this office building is the third and final phase of the investment commissioned by MebloSoft, with a total area of 18,500 m². Phase I involved the construction of a 7,300 m² warehouse. Phase II involved the construction of a 9,720 m² production and warehouse facility. The entire project was completed using the “design and build” formula, acting as a general contractor. All of the work entrusted to us by MebloSoft was completed between February 2016 and April 2018.
The construction of the office building was a key stage of the investment. As the company grew, MebloSoft needed not only increased production and warehouse space, but also a representative headquarters that would consolidate administrative functions and serve as a modern showcase for the company.
As part of the investment, we designed and constructed a functional road system, which enables efficient service of the plant by truck.
The nearly 900 m² building adjoins the furniture manufacturing plant we built in previous stages, creating a comprehensive production and warehouse complex. The office building boasts a modern style. Glazing visually lightens the office building’s volume, while the façade, made of decorative wood-effect panels, reflects the investor’s business. The entrance area is accentuated by the prominent MebloSoft logo.
