A production hall for a manufacturer of mattresses, continental beds, home textiles, and garden furniture. We will expand the existing hall complex with a seventh production and warehouse hall. The new facility will have a total area of 5,000 m². We completed the first investment in cooperation with the investor in 2013.
Sun Garden is a company with German capital. The company places particular emphasis on the comfort of its products. The skillful combination of comfort with modern design and high quality allows the company to consistently maintain a significant market position and enjoy customer recognition.
The company’s Polish branch was established over 30 years ago. The Malanów facility houses mattress production facilities and finished product warehouses.
This hall will be our seventh investment for Sun Garden Polska. The building will have approximately 5,000 square meters of floor space.
In the hall, at a height of over 6 meters, we will construct a floor made of hollow-core slabs, designed to withstand a load of 800 kg/m². The slabs will be placed on reinforced concrete beams supported by supports extending from the columns. The hall will also feature an elevator shaft with a 2,600 kg passenger and freight lift and a machine room.
As part of the investment, we will construct an external staircase using brick technology. The external walls will be clad with tiles matching the hall’s facade. The staircase will be equipped with an additional landing to connect to the adjacent hall.
The seventh hall will increase the total area of the halls we have built for Sun Garden Polska to 43,000 m2.
