Gda\u0144ska 91\/93, KRS: 0000143123, REGON: 473089373, NIP: 7272575379, share capital: PLN 150,000.00.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact with the Administrator is possible:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>via e-mail: office@cobouw.pl  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in writing to the following address: ul. Gda\u0144ska 91\/93, 90 \u2013 613 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wherever the Policy uses the term GDPR, it means Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes and on the basis of relevant legal provisions:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2.1.1. contact and inquiry handling<\/strong> &#8211; in order to respond to inquiries sent electronically, via the form on the Website or traditionally, to conduct further correspondence and to implement arrangements or concluded agreements. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR) consisting in responding to inquiries and ensuring communication regarding the Controller&#8217;s activities, and the necessity of processing to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>use of the Website<\/strong> &#8211; to ensure the proper operation of the Website, the availability of content and services, including the use of cookies. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in ensuring the functioning of the Website and analyzing traffic.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.1.3. <strong>Statistical and analytical purposes<\/strong> \u2013 monitoring Website traffic, analyzing Website usage, and reporting data in aggregate form. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.1.4. <strong>Marketing purposes, newsletter service<\/strong> \u2013 sending promotional content, offers, and newsletters to users, after expressing separate consent. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.1.5. <strong>conclusion and performance of contracts<\/strong> \u2013 for the purpose of implementing concluded contracts, including construction, design, or consulting services, conducting correspondence, and processing payments. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.1.6. <strong>establishing and possibly pursuing claims or defending against them<\/strong> &#8211; the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR) consisting in the protection of its rights.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude<br\/> and performance of the contract. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data will not be profiled and will not be used for automated decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e. external entities providing<br\/> and supporting IT systems used for the provision of services by the Administrator, as well as other entities providing services related to<br\/> with the current activities of the Administrator and only under appropriate personal data processing agreements.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the IT infrastructure used, personal data may or will be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to countries that have not been recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection. Data will only be transferred to entities certified under this decision, which obliges them to adequately secure personal data. In other respects, they will be transferred in particular based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The scope of data processed by the Administrator includes:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3.1.1. contact details (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence address, company details, including name, NIP, REGON, KRS, registered office address, contact details of the representative);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.1.2. data collected when visiting the Site, including browser types and versions, computer operating system, referring website, tabs visited on our Site, date and time of visit, IP address, internet service provider details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.1.3.data related to communication and concluded contracts (content of messages, documents).  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The website may contain plugins for some social media platforms. The plugins are identified by the relevant logo of each social media platform. When you visit the website<br\/> and use of the plugin, information is transferred via the browser directly to the social media platform. The administrator has his own profiles<br\/> on the following social media: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube.     <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For more detailed information on the processing purposes<br\/> and storage of personal data by social media and information on how to exercise your rights, please read<br\/> with the privacy policy of the relevant social media platform indicated in 3.2.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Administrator will not store or use your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collected personal data will be deleted after the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in the Policy or to fulfill contractual obligations or to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data indicated for each of the processing purposes listed will be stored for the following periods:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>4.3.1.<\/strong> in the case of data processing based on a legitimate interest for marketing purposes &#8211; the data will be processed for the duration of the legitimate interest of the Controller, but no longer than<br\/> 2 years from the last marketing contact, unless the data subject objects to the processing of data for marketing purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4.3.2.<\/strong> Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract. The personal data storage period may be extended by the limitation period for claims if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Controller to pursue potential claims or defend against such claims. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4.3.3.<\/strong> in the case of data processing due to legal obligations incumbent on the Controller &#8211; until the obligation to store data resulting from the regulations expires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>USER RIGHTS<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5.1.1.access to the content of your data,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.1.2. the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of data processing,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.1.3.right to data portability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.1.4.right to object,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.1.5. the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time<br\/> and in any form, unless the processing of your data takes place for the purpose of performing the contract by the Controller, for the Controller to fulfill its legal obligations towards state institutions or for the purpose of pursuing the Controller&#8217;s legitimate interests,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul.
