This leading manufacturer of flooring and wall solutions commissioned us to expand its production facility in Jas\u0142o. The expansion will involve two construction phases and will ultimately increase the facility&#8217;s floor space by 9,000 m\u00b2.  <\/p>\n<p>In the first phase of the project, we will construct over 4,000 m\u00b2 of production and warehouse space with office and staff facilities. We will replace the ventilation units with rooftop units and prepare the roof for the installation <a href=\"https:\/\/cobouw.pl\/baza-wiedzy\/fotowoltaika-na-dachu-hali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">of photovoltaic panels<\/a> . <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-3 fw-bold text-uppercase small text-muted\">Description of the investment<\/div>\n<p>We will carry out the investment based on our own replacement design, acting as the general contractor.<\/p>\n<p>We will begin with the necessary demolition work, then proceed with earthworks and foundation construction. Our task will be to construct a turnkey production and warehouse facility with office and staff facilities. As part of the project, we will also implement plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications installations, as well as roadworks and pavement restoration.  <\/p>\n<p>Tarkett strives to implement eco-friendly solutions in all its projects to minimize the environmental impact of its industrial operations and support sustainable development. As part of its environmentally friendly policy, the expanded plant will be equipped with a photovoltaic system and rooftops. <\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-3 fw-bold text-uppercase small text-muted\">The final effect<\/div>\n<p>Once the expansion of the Jas\u0142o plant is complete, the facility will feature a modern production and warehouse facility.
