This is our second project for the investor. We built the first Markos production hall in 2013.  <\/p>\n<p>The industrial facility for Markos is the 22nd investment we&#8217;ve completed in S\u0142upsk and the surrounding area. Furthermore, we&#8217;re currently expanding the Indeka Logistic City logistics center. A new logistics facility is being built just 3 km from the Markos facility. Other investments we&#8217;ve completed nearby include facilities for Auto-Hak, Indeka, and Viscon.   <\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-3 fw-bold text-uppercase small text-muted\">Description of the investment<\/div>\n<p>The production hall with a staff and office area will expand the Markos production facility, which we built in 2103, to a total area of \u200b\u200bover 5,000 m\u00b2. We have divided the production area into a laminating hall and a fitting and processing hall. The laminating hall will be divided into four sections dedicated to product production. The two-story staff and office area will have an area of \u200b\u200b850 m\u00b2.
