{"id":8934,"date":"2016-08-31T14:14:34","date_gmt":"2016-08-31T12:14:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cobouw.pl\/realizacje\/sde-sp-z-o-o\/"},"modified":"2016-08-31T14:14:34","modified_gmt":"2016-08-31T12:14:34","slug":"sde-sp-z-o-o","status":"publish","type":"realizacje","link":"https:\/\/cobouw.pl\/en\/realizacje\/sde-sp-z-o-o\/","title":{"rendered":"SDE Sp. z o.o."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Construction <a href=\"https:\/\/cobouw.pl\/hale-produkcyjne\/\">of a production hall<\/a> with a warehouse and a social and office building with a total area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 11,000 <sup>m2<\/sup><\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-3 fw-bold text-uppercase small text-muted\">Description of the investment<\/div>\n<p>The subject of the investment is the construction, as a general contractor, of a production and warehouse hall &#8211; a plant for the production of copper bundles &#8211; semi-finished products for the production of transformers, together with a staff and office building and a porter&#8217;s lodge, as well as the technical infrastructure related to the plant: internal roads, squares and parking lots, a sealed above-ground fire-fighting tank and underground utilities.<\/p>\n<p>A special stage of the work will be the construction of a 25-meter-high technological tower designed by us, related to the production technology used in the plant.<\/p>\n<p>We will build the facility within the Kostrzyn-S\u0142ubice Special Economic Zone.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-3 fw-bold text-uppercase small text-muted\">The final effect<\/div>\n<p>A modern production facility with an area of \u200b\u200b11,000 m\u00b2 was built. The facility is distinguished by a 25-meter-high technological tower that towers over it and the surrounding buildings.
