A warehouse will be built with a three-story social and office section.
The office section, occupying most of the southern fa\u00e7ade, will be clearly defined against the entire development. By recessing sections of the office fa\u00e7ade on the ground floor, second floor, and in the strip of the fa\u00e7ade adjacent to the hall, we will achieve a break from the uniform form of the building. Furthermore, the use of contrasting fa\u00e7ade colors will give the entire structure a dynamic, modern look. Each fa\u00e7ade segment extending into the hall’s structure will be distinguished by the use of red fa\u00e7ade panels. On the top, third floor of the office, we will highlight a terrace separated by a glass balustrade, partially covered by a roof that also serves as a continuation of the main hall’s roof. The use of repetitive joinery modules will create a dynamic and rhythmic fa\u00e7ade.
