The contract with Mira-Lux, a company trading in swimming pools and related accessories, involves a warehouse with social and office building with a total area of 3.500 m2. This is our second assignment from this client.

Soon we are going to build a turnkey production and warehouse facility including a social-office building for EGA, a wholesaler in various natural stone products. The facility will be built of steel and reinforced concrete.

A family company Kapica produces PVC and aluminium windows and doors. This client has contracted us to design and build their turnkey production and warehouse hall with an office and social building. The investment will be located in Opolskie Province and will cover an area of 4.000 m2.

It has only been a month since we have signed our first contract with Sokołów for the expansion of their meat and processed-meat production plant in Koło, Poland. Now the second contract with this client is already finalized. This contract covers the expansion of Sokołów plant in Tarnow, Poland.

We are currently up to starting our work on a comprehensive, full-discipline civil engineering design being the basis for the construction of a production and warehouse facility with social and office space with the total area of 21.000 m2.

We are going to design and build a turnkey warehouse with an area of 12,000 m2 for Sanibell BV, a Dutch holding company. The building’s style will refer to the company’s head office located in the Netherlands.

We have signed a contract with transport and forwarding company, Karpiel. Under this contract we will build a warehouse with a workshop part, of the total area of more than 10.000 m2.

Liedmann entrusted us with the expansion of the factory, for which we handed over the keys in 2018. The expansion of the factory to nearly 15,000 m2 will include two stages. In the first stage, we will build a production hall for the installation of a vertical roller mill. In the second stage, we will build a production and storage hall with social space.

We are going to design and build a production and warehouse facility with commercial building, with a total area of 5.000 m2 for Intap.

We have started construction works under the second stage of the investment carried out for Turenwerke. Our company will add another 6.000 m2 of production and warehouse space to the already completed 6.000 m2 hall with office facilities. This concerns a greenfield project.
