We are going to complete another investment for GG Tech. After 8 years from the first construction for this investor, we are going to build a 3.000 m2 production and warehouse hall with office space and employee amenities.

Less than a month after signing the contract with Bardusch Poland, we have taken part, as the designer and general contractor of the facility, in the official inauguration of the construction of their industrial laundry. In Bochnia near Krakow, owners and Investor’s representatives began the construction by a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony.

We have signed the sixth contract with Sun Garden Poland for which we have already implemented projects covering nearly 38,000 m2. The current project involves the construction of a polyurethane foam warehouse.

Spectra Lighting has chosen us to be the designer and general contractor of their production and warehouse floor including social and office facilities. We are very pleased that the Investor liked our proprietary visualisations very much. The investment with the total area of almost 4.000 m2 will be executed as a “Design & Build” project.

The Danish company Kentaur Production has chosen us as the general contractor for construction of a modern production hall. The hall, in which work wear and protective clothing will be produced, will be constructed in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone and its area will be nearly 6,800 m2.

Fagum-Stomil has joined the group of our customers. For them we will prepare a detailed design and build a warehouse for materials and semi-finished products. The warehouse with an area of approx. 2,000 m2 will be built in Łuków in the Lubelskie Province.

For the fourth time already, we start cooperation with Witamina. We are going to build another facility – a warehouse with four cold rooms in the vicinity of the projects previously implemented in Biała Rządowa.

Third time and always a pleasure to work for Hörmann! Now, we are going to expand one of our previous projects completed for them. This time the existing production and storage hall will be expanded by nearly 13.200 m2.

A German company Bardusch chose us as the general contractor for a technologically advanced industrial laundry. We are very pleased that the visualization of the office building as per our concept met the expectations of the Investor. The facility with a total area of approx. 2,100 m2 will be erected in Bochnia near Kraków.

Again we commence cooperation with Gotech. After seven jointly completed investments, this time Gotech as our Investor entrusted us with the execution of the detailed design and the construction of a technological innovation plant with the technical infrastructure of over 3,500 m2 for own needs of the company.
