We have signed a contract with EWT Truck & Trailer Handels, a partner of MERCEDES BENZ. The investor entrusted us with the construction of a truck servicing hall with a spare parts warehouse, sales office and an office building with employee amenities. The area of the investment, to be developed in the design-built formula, will be of about 2,200 m2.

Another investor from the furniture industry chose us as the contractor for their planned investment. Basing on the contract we will design and build a production and warehouse hall with office area and employee amenities. We are proud that the portfolio of our projects for the furniture industry is appreciated by companies in this sector.

We are pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with the confectionery company “Olsza” Olbrysz. On the basis of its provisions, we will design and build a production and warehouse hall with office space and employee amenities and a confectionery workshop. We are extremely pleased to be able to enrich our portfolio with a facility for an investor operating in the food industry.

We will design and build a turnkey production and warehouse hall with office building and employee amenities. The 3.200 m2 facility will be the fourth investment to be completed by us in Lublin. We are very pleased that another investor appreciated our previous projects and decided to commence cooperate with our company.

A Polish company Ronet chose us as the general contractor of the production hall with office facilities and employee amenities. The target area of the facility will be approximately 2,500 m2. We are very pleased with the new contact and appreciate the trust of our new investor.

We are extremely proud that Mardom has again selected us as the contractor for their planned investment. In 2011 we have built a production and warehouse hall for them, this time we will build a hall that will be used as a sawmill. The hall will be built for the company Mardom Pro, a member of the Mardom Group.

We are pleased to announce that we have become the general contractor for an investment of a Polish company PUP “Wesołowski” dealing with the production of parts for industrial equipment. The “Wesołowski” company closely cooperates with our other investor, Visser Real Estate Poland.

We are going to build a poultry cutting plant for the German company Brand. The area of the production and warehouse hall with the social and office part will be over 2,200 sqm.

There is a new contract in our portfolio. We will design and build a production and warehouse hall along with office space and employee amenities. The facility will be built for the Dutch cosmetics manufacturer, Grumetti. The investment will be built under the general contracting system and its area will amount to 2,400 m2.

We are happy to inform you that we have signed another contract. For AMP Polska we will design and build a warehouse including office space and employee amenities, of over 2.500 m2 in total. The hall will be built in the general contracting system.
