The second turnkey construction for Marva International Sp. z o.o.

For the first time we had the pleasure of working for the Dutch company Marva two years ago. Currently, Marva has entrusted us with the construction of a 1,000 m2 warehouse with a skywalk connecting the new construction with the existing facility. Before commencing the construction works, we will take care of the engineering design and obtain a building permit.

Investor

Marva International sews curtains and blinds from customer’s own materials for hotels, restaurants, chain stores and decoration companies.

Localisation

We will expand the existing facility of the Investor in Czapury, a small village in the Wielkopolskie Province, commune Mosina.

The distance from Czapury to Poznań is only about 12 km.

Project

We have designed a warehouse with the necessary technical and road infrastructure. The designed hall will be connected with the existing production hall by a skywalk.

Design

A skywalk will connect the designed building with the existing production and storage facilities. The hall, in its simple form of industrial architecture, will harmonize with the existing buildings.
