A production and warehouse hall will be constructed, along with a staff and office building. The hall will have an area of 4,000 m², and the building will have an area of approximately 1,000 m². The hall will be used for the production and storage of seats for the automotive industry. The office building will house administrative and representative functions. The project will be implemented in Bukowiec, within the Łódź Special Economic Zone.
A hall will be constructed with an L-shaped office building facing the access road. Aesthetically pleasing facade treatments, such as color breaks and the inclusion of the investor’s logo and sign, will enhance the visual appeal of the building and lend it a sense of lightness.
