For INTAP, a manufacturer of car seats, we designed a modern production and warehouse facility that optimized technological processes. Previously, production and warehousing were dispersed across several facilities, hindering material flow, lengthening order fulfillment times, and limiting the potential for increased production. When designing the facility, we considered the specific production processes: metalworking, plastic component manufacturing, upholstery, assembly, and quality control. As a result, the facility was precisely tailored to the specific production requirements, creating a cohesive, ergonomic space where each stage runs smoothly.
