Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager

• Creating and implementing sales strategies for industrial facilities in cooperation with the Management Board.
• Achieving sales goals and analyzing results and reporting.
• Co-creation of pricing policy and commercial offers.
• Direct presentation of offers and negotiations with investors.
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Sales team management – competence development, motivation and periodic assessments.
• Optimization of sales processes and investor service standards.
• Close cooperation with other company departments to ensure the highest quality of project implementation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and cost estimation of industrial facilities.
• Very good knowledge of the investment market and construction processes.
• Ability to conduct commercial negotiations and build relationships based on trust.
• Experience in managing a sales team.
• Experience in working with CRM systems and sales analyses.
• Knowledge of English (working with investors),
• Willingness to travel on business (category B driving license).
• Independence, proactivity and focus on long-term cooperation.
