The hall for the Oras company from Olesno, a manufacturer of sanitary fittings, is another investment that will enrich our portfolio of industrial facilities.
In 2013, we completed a 5,000 m² production hall with office and staff facilities for the Finnish company Oras. As part of our second investment, we designed and built a 3,000 m² turnkey galvanizing facility. The facility currently under contract for a sanitary fittings manufacturer is our third investment for Oras. The new investment will include the construction of a production facility that will serve as a link between the galvanizing facility and the existing hall.
In total, the industrial space built for Oras Olesno will reach almost 10,000 m2.
Oras is a leading manufacturer of sanitary fittings and app-controlled devices. The company was the first to introduce touchless washbasin faucets to the Polish market, particularly practical during the current pandemic. This exceptional focus on maximum safety and hygiene, especially in public spaces, is resulting in increased demand for the company’s products.
We will prepare construction designs, including technology design. The investment involves expanding the Oras plant with a grinding and polishing building, connecting two existing halls.
We will be carrying out the construction of the connecting hall as a general contractor. Our work will include demolition and surface restoration, as well as the construction of roads and squares that will enable vehicular traffic on the plant premises and access to the planned hall. The connecting hall’s steel structure will have a surface area of 1,600 m².
Since the investment involves the construction of a connecting passage between the buildings, we will maintain the existing architectural line to maintain consistency.
