Expansion of the production and warehouse hall to 8,500 m². As part of the investment, we also implemented the technical and road infrastructure necessary for the facility’s operation. The Viscon Group specializes in the design and construction of automated production lines for various industries. Viscon machines and production lines are used in applications such as controlled plant cultivation, poultry hatcheries, and hydroponic systems. The company also provides solutions for fruit sorting and packaging, as well as warehouse logistics systems.
We expanded the production and warehouse hall built in 2018 by 3,500 square meters. We implemented the project using the “design and build” method. As general contractor, we completed work around the newly constructed steel hall, including maneuvering areas, roads, and parking lots, and also reconstructed the existing road.
Our design, construction, and assembly work resulted in the creation of an 8,500 m² industrial facility, highlighting the innovative nature of the Viscon brand. Adjacent to the Viscon facility is a production hall we built in 2018 for Wesołowski, a Viscon partner. The buildings feature a consistent color scheme and architectural style.
