A comprehensive production and office facility as a showcase for an advertising company
We designed this comprehensive production and office facility – the new headquarters of Monster Print – as a cohesive hub for the advertising company’s operations. The investment combines administrative, exhibition, and production/technology functions, creating a space that meets the needs of a dynamically developing company.
The total area of the production and warehouse hall is approximately 5,000 m². The 800 m² social and office space has been designed on two floors to ensure comfortable work for the design and administrative teams.
As the designer and general contractor of the investment, we ensure the highest quality of execution and the integrity of all elements – from the structure, through architectural details, to interior finishes. The building is being built with the company’s continued growth in mind – both in terms of production scale and the quality of customer service.
Design and build formula for Monster Print investment
As a designer and general contractor, we are implementing the Monster Print production and office complex using a “design and build” approach, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and full responsibility for the entire process. This solution significantly reduces the investor’s burden and guarantees high-quality end results. Our scope of work includes:
- preparation of architectural and construction documentation along with industry-specific designs and land development plans,
- obtaining the necessary agreements, opinions and administrative decisions,
- obtaining a building permit,
- development of executive designs,
- implementation of construction and assembly works,
- construction of a hall with a social and office building,
- conducting partial and final acceptance tests,
- handover of the facility for use together with as-built documentation.
Expressive architecture and building form
We designed the production and office complex with the building’s representative character in mind. Simple lines and a clear composition lend elegance to the entire structure, while clearly emphasizing key architectural elements.
The glazed front area opens the building to the surroundings, ensuring visual contact between the interior and the exterior, as well as enhancing the modern character of the building.
Colors as an identification element
Color plays a significant role in the design. The intense orange accents on the facade directly reference Monster Print’s corporate colors and lend the building a vibrant and recognizable character. Combined with the light surfaces of the facade and the dark accents framing the building’s front, they create a cohesive, balanced composition with a powerful visual impact.
Color becomes a brand communication tool, emphasizing its creative and modern character.
Architectural detail and brand message
The distinctive element of the façade is the geometric, circular form, which gives the building a distinctive character and provides a clear reference to the world of graphics and printing. This distinctive detail enhances the building’s visual identity and makes the Monster Print headquarters an easily recognizable landmark in the space.
