We designed an industrial investment with distinctive, modern architecture for Graffico, a creative producer of outdoor advertising. The investor required not only a functional production and warehouse facility but also an office building that would become a strong brand identity. The design resulted in a space combining efficient processes with refined form. The facility reflects the Graffico character: bold, creative, and consistently focused on high visual quality.
Design focused on the representative office part.
In our project for Graffico, we placed particular emphasis on the architecture of the office section, making it the focal point of the entire project. The dynamic shape of the office building, jutting out above the production and warehouse halls, lends the complex a lightness and ensures a recognizable silhouette. The distinctive overhang breaks the monumentality of the main structure, creating a distinctive compositional accent and establishing a clear spatial hierarchy.
The transparent form of the offices creates a feeling of lightness and openness, and also provides employees with a panoramic view of the investment site. Glazing brings natural light into the interior, enhancing work comfort and highlighting the innovative character of the administrative space.
The hall’s facade, decorated in a subdued graphite color scheme, creates a minimalist, uniform backdrop for the more expressive office section. Narrow, horizontal glazing brings light into the interior and accentuates the building’s horizontal dynamics, simultaneously emphasizing the facility’s industrial character.
Synergy of functionality and design .
The entire project was conceived as a synergy of functionality and design . Simple lines, monolithic surfaces, thoughtful details, and greenery create a harmonious blend of modern industrial architecture and elegant, representative form.
The facility meets the investor’s technological needs and, at the same time, serves as a distinctive showcase for the Graffico brand – modern, innovative and consistently building its image through high aesthetic quality.
From concept to finished hall.
We are implementing the Graffico project using a “design and build” approach. We offer complete control over every stage of the project’s development – from the initial concept, through design, to final completion. As the general contractor, we are responsible for all work, ensuring the highest quality and timely completion.
Our services include earthworks and foundation construction, assembly of the hall structure and enclosure, flooring, and comprehensive turnkey finishing of the social and office spaces. As part of the project, we also handle elevator installation and system implementation, ensuring full functionality and modern technical solutions. During the exterior works, we implement all supporting infrastructure: parking lots, sidewalks, roads, and truck maneuvering areas, as well as perimeter fencing. We perform all work comprehensively, ensuring constant communication and full coordination of the process with the investor without the need to engage multiple contractors.
