Description of the investment
For Silesia Invest, a company specializing in road and bridge construction, we will build a processing facility, warehouse, and office building. The total investment area will be 3,500 m².
The processing hall will be used to recycle tires. The special mixture obtained from the processing will be used as a base for road construction.
The office building, with an area of over 1,000 m², will be arranged over two floors. An arcade, a facade in a contrasting color to the hall, and large-scale glazing will give the office building a modern and elegant style.
