Phase 2 of the Turenwerke investment involves expanding our existing 6,000 m² office building to 12,000 m². The building’s footprint will be expanded after the western gable wall of the Phase 1 building is removed.
This investment for Turenwerke is another project we are implementing in an economic zone. A steel and aluminum door production plant is being built within the Katowice Special Economic Zone .
Turenwerke has 11 factories and warehouses in Europe. In addition, it operates 26 showrooms across Europe. Daily door production at Turenwerke’s plants is 3,500 units.
The second phase of the investment involves the construction of a modern door production facility with a target area of 25,000 m². The turnkey 6,000 m² facility, built in the first phase, will now be expanded to 12,000 m². The newly designed production and warehouse facility will manufacture steel and aluminum doors using automated production lines.
As part of the first phase of the investment, we created a comprehensive design for the production and warehouse facility, which we presented in numerous 3D visualizations. We designed an illuminated, glazed passageway between the halls, highlighting the company’s modern dimensions and providing a distinctive visual effect.
As a result of the implementation of subsequent stages of the investment, a large-scale and modern factory of the European leader in the production of steel and aluminum doors will be created.
