Hall for the food industry with office space.
For AllSpice, a spice manufacturer, we will implement an industrial facility using the design and build formula.
We designed this modern food hall with efficient production and user comfort in mind. The project includes a three-story production hall , a production and warehouse hall with a staff and office area , and a lightweight steel shelter .
The focal point of the investment is an 800 m² social and office building constructed using traditional technology. The office space was designed with work comfort and aesthetics in mind, consistent with the image of a modern food company.
The modern, two-story building with extensive glazing and light arcades creates a dynamic, open character. The façade combines glass and metal in elegant black and silver, broken up by intense red-orange accents . Vertical “V”-shaped inserts evoke the sharpness and energy of the spices – coherently reflecting the character of the AllSpice brand . Subtle lighting accentuates the building’s entrance, creating a prestigious and modern feel after dark.
