A warehouse and office building for Thale (formerly Niczuk), a manufacturer in the installation industry, with a total area of 9,000 m². We prepared a concept for the investor, followed by 3D visualizations. We distinguished the building with a distinctive decorative motif in the form of a panel with a laser-cut floral pattern.
Thale is a family-owned company with over 60 years of experience in the Polish plumbing industry. The company’s manufacturing operations are complemented by technical consulting services for designers and contractors.
As part of the investment, we designed and will build a warehouse with an area of over 7,000 m², a connecting hall with an area of approximately 1,000 m², and a three-story office building with an area of over 1,000 m². The investment is being built for Thale (formerly Niczuk), a manufacturer of plumbing products.
The project will blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. The large hall will be given a touch of lightness through stylistic touches focused on the building’s facade. Horizontal blinds, an openwork decorative panel with a floral pattern, and white accents framing the display windows will distinguish and enhance the building’s attractiveness.
