Description of the investment
Production hall 6 with a staff and office building for a renowned German gate manufacturer. The hall will have an area of 11,400 m², and the staff and office building will have an area of 1,100 m². The completed facility will increase the total area of the company’s production complex to 52,500 m².
The hall structure will be prepared for the installation of an overhead crane and further expansion. The two-story office and staff building will be constructed of reinforced concrete.
