The Italian company Magni, a manufacturer of innovative telescopic boom lifts, will expand its infrastructure with a modern service center. The facility, designed by us, will enable comprehensive machine service and maintenance, as well as provide the highest level of logistics and technical support. The facility will be strategically located near Magni’s Polish headquarters in Wolica, Masovian Voivodeship.
We will carry out the investment with a total area of over 3,000 m2 as a general contractor.
The key building in the complex will be a warehouse, where all necessary spare parts and accessories will be stored. Having the warehouse in the same location will ensure a rapid response to the company’s customer needs, minimizing waiting times for machine repairs and servicing.
The workshop hall was designed with efficient work and maximum functionality in mind, enabling quick service and repair of machines.
An integral part of the hall will be a washing station, which will allow for thorough cleaning of the lifts after each repair or before they are handed over to customers.
The social and office building will provide Magni employees with comfortable work and will become a showcase of the company’s professionalism.
We will open a modern telescopic boom lift service center with an area of over 3,000 m². The complex will include a workshop, warehouse, car wash, and office and staff facilities.
Visually, the facility will be distinguished by an irregularly shaped office building with large glazing and the Magni logo placed on the hall façade, clearly visible from the access road.
