In 2018, we designed and built a production and warehouse facility, along with a social and office building, for Gorbi, a manufacturer of roofing, patio covers, and garden enclosures. We provided comprehensive investor services, preparing a conceptual design, 3D visualizations of the facility, and a comprehensive construction design.
The project consists of two adjacent buildings: a single-story production and warehouse hall designed on a rectangular plan and an adjacent two-story office and staff building. As part of the necessary infrastructure, we also designed maneuvering areas for truck transport, parking spaces, roads, and sidewalks.
The newly constructed hall is used for production, primarily involving cutting, welding, drilling, and milling. The design took into account the very stringent ventilation requirements for this type of production.
The idea that guided our designers from the outset was to create a modern production hall and a distinctive, representative social and office building. The horizontal, elegant façade divisions, combined with the extensive glazing of the office spaces, create a visually striking facade. The entire project, in terms of form and function, is a continuation of the existing industrial development within the Euro-Park Mielec area. The color scheme is maintained in shades of graphite, offset by orange – a hue borrowed from the investor’s coat of arms.
