The construction of a warehouse in central Poland is the scope of our agreement with Mazowiecka Spółka Mleczarska, part of the Polmlek Group.
The Polmlek Group is Poland’s largest dairy, with 15 production plants. Polmlek produces dairy products and owns renowned juice brands such as Fortuna, Pysio, and Garden.
As part of our partnership, we will expand the juice and beverage warehouse of the popular Fortuna brand in Tymienice, near Zduńska Wola. The expansion will cover 14,500 m².
We will implement the investment project as a general contractor, and the construction work will be preceded by the development of an original architectural and construction design.
Our visualizations illustrate both the scale of the facility and the aesthetics of the design, which will harmoniously integrate the new building into the existing production plant.
