A photovoltaic hall for Tarkett Polska. This leading manufacturer of flooring and wall solutions commissioned us to expand its production facility in Jasło. The expansion will involve two construction phases and will ultimately increase the facility’s floor space by 9,000 m².
In the first phase of the project, we will construct over 4,000 m² of production and warehouse space with office and staff facilities. We will replace the ventilation units with rooftop units and prepare the roof for the installation of photovoltaic panels .
We will carry out the investment based on our own replacement design, acting as the general contractor.
We will begin with the necessary demolition work, then proceed with earthworks and foundation construction. Our task will be to construct a turnkey production and warehouse facility with office and staff facilities. As part of the project, we will also implement plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications installations, as well as roadworks and pavement restoration.
Tarkett strives to implement eco-friendly solutions in all its projects to minimize the environmental impact of its industrial operations and support sustainable development. As part of its environmentally friendly policy, the expanded plant will be equipped with a photovoltaic system and rooftops.
Once the expansion of the Jasło plant is complete, the facility will feature a modern production and warehouse facility. The new space will be integrated into the existing facility, providing optimal conditions for production and warehousing operations, along with comprehensive social and office space.
