The fruit industry is one of the main sectors of the food industry. The fruit and vegetable sorting and storage facilities we design and build meet a number of mandatory requirements.
We built the first production hall for the Witamina Fruit Producers Group in 2010. Currently, Witamina is one of the largest fruit producers in the Łódź region. The investor owns 200 hectares of fruit farms and produces approximately 10,000 tons of fruit annually.
We will construct a fruit sorting facility with a two-story office and staff area, along with associated technical infrastructure and internal road systems. The facility will have a floor area of 2,000 m².
An automated sorting line will be installed in the hall.
The sorting facility will be located 8 meters from the existing hall. A connecting passage will connect the two buildings.
With the current implementation, the hall complex, which we built in cooperation with Witamina, will reach 11,000 square meters. The sorting facility will be maintained in an architectural style consistent with the existing halls.
