Description of the investment
The building’s style and form will evoke 19th-century industrial plants. This effect will be achieved primarily through the use of red brick facades and the replication of large windows with glazing bars. General construction of the project will be preceded by the development of a design for obtaining a building permit.
We will build the Linea flag factory in the Koszalin Subzone of the Słupsk Special Economic Zone. The investment area will be 13,000 m².
