Construction of a production hall with a warehouse and a social and office building with a total area of approximately 11,000 m2
The subject of the investment is the construction, as a general contractor, of a production and warehouse hall – a plant for the production of copper bundles – semi-finished products for the production of transformers, together with a staff and office building and a porter’s lodge, as well as the technical infrastructure related to the plant: internal roads, squares and parking lots, a sealed above-ground fire-fighting tank and underground utilities.
A special stage of the work will be the construction of a 25-meter-high technological tower designed by us, related to the production technology used in the plant.
We will build the facility within the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone.
A modern production facility with an area of 11,000 m² was built. The facility is distinguished by a 25-meter-high technological tower that towers over it and the surrounding buildings. Functional maneuvering areas and roads around the facility streamline the supply and dispatch chain.
