A fifth steel hall for a sheet metal component manufacturer. Expansion of the hall complex by another 5,000 m² of production and warehouse space with office, staff, and technical facilities. With the handover of the keys to the completed facility to Addit, we will increase the total area built for the investor to 23,000 m².
The steel hall will be built for Addit. Addit is a Dutch company belonging to the Velmans Industries Holding BV group. The company is a leading European manufacturer of sheet metal components. Addit also offers ready-made equipment and machinery for numerous industries. The investor serves companies in the pharmaceutical sector, providing modules for laboratory areas, pharmaceutical packaging, and cosmetics. Other customers for Addit’s products include companies in the defense and aerospace industries. For these industries, Addit offers components for armored vehicles, ships, and aircraft. The ready-made telecommunications cabinets and routers manufactured in the investor’s halls are used in the telecommunications industry, while parts for wind turbine elevators are used in industries related to renewable energy sources. The steel hall currently under construction will allow the investor to increase its production capacity. The steel hall will be adapted to the sheet metal forming processes taking place within it, specifically steel-chromium-nickel, chromium, and aluminum sheets. After processing in the newly designed hall, the sheet metal will undergo cutting in the existing halls.
The company has been present in Poland since 1996. We commissioned the first hall for Addit in 2009, and since then, as part of a long-term partnership, we have expanded the hall complex to 18,000 m2.
The investment is an expansion of the existing production plant for finished metal products.
