Construction of a new facility for Triol, a company in the electronics and industrial automation sector
The construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Triol Poland represents the next stage in the development of the company’s industrial base. The investment, carried out in Ostrówek Węgrowski in the Masovian Voivodeship, includes the construction of a modern production and warehouse facility, along with office and staff areas. The expansion will increase Triol’s production capacity and streamline technological and logistics processes.
The new facility is being built adjacent to the production facility we completed for Triol Poland in 2025. The approximately 6.400 m2 building, commissioned at that time, is now a key element of the plant’s operations. As a result, the construction of this new facility is a natural step in the continued development of the industrial complex. It also responds to the growing production needs of the company, which operates in the field of industrial electronics and automation.
Facility for the production of industrial automation equipment
Triol designs and manufactures industrial automation equipment, such as inverters, control systems, and control cabinets. The specific nature of this production requires carefully designed assembly areas, facilities for electronic components, and efficient inbound and outbound logistics. The new production and warehouse facility in Ostrówek Węgrowski will be adapted to these processes, including assembly, testing, and product storage.
The investment also includes the construction of a representative office section, which we designed to serve as administrative space and a customer service area. Extensive glazing and modern architecture will give the building a professional and contemporary character.
The applied design solutions ensure the facility’s durability and provide high flexibility in the organization of production and storage space. This allows the building to be adapted to the company’s changing technological needs.
Modern architecture of the facility
The building has been designed with a modern, minimalist form, reflecting the character of contemporary industrial architecture. Simple geometry and clear divisions give it a well-ordered appearance. The combination of light and dark facade panels, together with large glazed surfaces, emphasizes its modern aesthetic.
The facade is accentuated by a glazed entrance area leading to the two-story office section, which forms the representative part of the complex. The glazing provides ample natural light while visually opening the administrative areas to the surroundings.
The production facility has also been designed as a two-story structure, allowing for efficient use of the building’s volume.
A distinctive element is the Triol Poland logo displayed on the front elevation.
General contractor – comprehensive implementation by CoBouw Polska
The construction of another production and warehouse facility for Triol Poland includes a full scope of design and construction services. The project is being delivered using a “design and build” approach, ensuring complete coordination of the investment process—from design development to construction works and final handover.
The scope of work includes, among others:
- development of architectural and engineering designs,
- obtaining the necessary administrative approvals,
- execution of earthworks and foundations,
- erection of the building structure,
- installation of internal and external systems,
- implementation of industrial flooring and technical infrastructure,
- finishing works,
- preparation of as-built documentation and handover for use.
By integrating both design and construction within CoBouw Polska, the investor receives a modern production facility that meets the requirements of contemporary industry and energy efficiency standards.
An investment supporting production growth
The investment is the next stage in Triol Poland’s development and the expansion of the company’s industrial infrastructure. The new production facility will increase production capacity and streamline the organization of logistics and technological processes, leading to greater operational efficiency.
The project is consistent with the company’s long-term development strategy, aimed at increasing competitiveness and scaling operations. The infrastructure expansion also creates conditions for further growth – both by strengthening its position in the domestic market and by developing cooperation with international partners.
