We will expand the Liedmann mineral fertilizer production plant by 7,000 m². Our second project will include the design and construction of a production and warehouse hall with a staff area. As a result, the production and warehouse center in Krzeczów will reach 15,000 m².
We completed our first investment for Liedmann in 2018, with the key element being the design and construction of an office building. We envisioned the building to reflect Liedmann’s innovative spirit while also blending seamlessly into the surrounding forested landscape. The new buildings will vary in height. The halls will be used to produce and store limestone aggregates for mill grinding, limestone feed ingredients, and limestone fertilizers for agricultural and horticultural production, as well as bulk packaging for finished product packaging. Production will be carried out using a roller-bowl mill with a hopper, screening equipment for dividing the ground material into the required fractions, a granulation line, and a series of storage silos. We designed the technological foundations for the mill and associated equipment, as well as a deep foundation for the hopper.
The investment expansion will also include the construction of two shelters: a technological roof over the mill conveyor belt and a shelter at the rear of the existing warehouse, used as an additional external warehouse for finished products during periods of high stock levels.
The roads and maneuvering areas we design will be a continuation of existing hardening and will be intended mainly for truck traffic.
A modern production and warehouse complex will be built. The building’s color scheme will reflect Liedmann’s corporate colors and the natural conditions of the investment location, in this case, a forested area.
