A production hall for a manufacturer of boats and laminate products, with an area of approximately 3,000 m². This is our second project for the investor. We built the first Markos production hall in 2013.
The industrial facility for Markos is the 22nd investment we’ve completed in Słupsk and the surrounding area. Furthermore, we’re currently expanding the Indeka Logistic City logistics center. A new logistics facility is being built just 3 km from the Markos facility. Other investments we’ve completed nearby include facilities for Auto-Hak, Indeka, and Viscon.
The production hall with a staff and office area will expand the Markos production facility, which we built in 2103, to a total area of over 5,000 m². We have divided the production area into a laminating hall and a fitting and processing hall. The laminating hall will be divided into four sections dedicated to product production. The two-story staff and office area will have an area of 850 m². The first floor will house office space, and the remaining floor will be dedicated to staff welfare.
