We designed a service hall with an adjacent two-story staff and office space, as well as a sales office. We also designed a concierge building and a freestanding shelter.
We have obtained a building permit. We will perform the construction and assembly work as a general contractor.
As part of the project, we will construct a steel service hall, separated by a fire wall from the reinforced concrete staff and office area. According to our design, extending the fire wall beyond the building by approximately 10 meters will provide an external curtain wall. The gatehouse and freestanding shelter will be constructed using steel structures.
The hall will be used for servicing and diagnostics of Schmitz Cargobull heavy-duty trucks, including tractor-trailers and semi-trailers. The office and staff building will house spare parts sales and customer service, as well as administrative and employee support functions.
The total investment area will be approximately 2,200 m². Construction and assembly work began at the end of 2018.
The investment will feature a modern design, with glazed facades accentuating the service and office areas. We’ve added navy blue elements to the graphite facade to highlight the colors of our investor’s logo. In accordance with the suggestions of EWT Truck representatives, the building’s design will reflect the style of the main service area.
