Description of the investment
The new hall will be built on a plot on Zakładowa Street, adjacent to the Yetico company operating within the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN. The production, service, and warehouse section will have 10,000 m² of space, while the office section will have 800 m². Thanks to its two-module design, the facility will be able to be used by two companies. The working height of the hall will be 8 m, and the total area of the investment will be approximately 2.99 hectares.
The planned hall will be able to accommodate approximately 100 employees, working in a 2-shift system, including: office workers (approx. 30 people) and production workers (approx. 70 people).
The investment is to be completed by March 2026.
